I guess I’m another one who is a bit annoyed with the lack of a discount for those of us who have a ton of G8 Pro Bundles, but didn’t get any kind of discount today. Maybe they forgot to release it. If not, oh well. My bank account will gladly keep the money.
I’ll just throw the bundle in my wishlist and wait for the Christmas sales.
I used to jump at new products as soon as they were released, but there has to be a really good incentive for me to pay $100 for a bundle (no matter how good the bundle is). As prices have slowly creep up, I find myself buying less and less.

Well, to balance the scales, I am someone for whom this weird new bundle structure has worked out GREAT! I'm a big sci-fi nerd, I liked Kayo 8 but not the wrestling theme so skipped on the pro bundle, and I think Kwan 8 is amazing... so basically I'm getting a second much-more-attractive-to-me chance to get Kayo 8 WITH her HD morph, a new character I love with his HD morph, a bunch of mega cool sci-fi stuff, *AND* I can snatch up 4 starter bundles for G8 characters who I don't need/want full pro bundles for. Once things are clearer with the Modern Military Texture Pack, I'm gonna be a very happy customer going through checkout!
And, yes, it is always nice to get a discount banner which I'm not getting anything today... but I'm not gonna complain about that when I'm picking up 18 new releases and 4 starter bundles (so total of 39 good-to-great quality items) for under $100 and with nearly a $400 saving.

... no banner at all here (and I usually get them, since I have spent way to much money here! LOL!) - which sucks because $58 I could do (it would clean me out, but I could manage it), but no way can I get $97.

Well dforce hair is a big no for me. A toony looking outfit and one outfit that looks like something we've seen before in the store makes this bundle look like a quickie. Remember cyberstealth bodysuit? I sure do. I'll wait to see if a discount is offered.
in half a year to a year there will be for sure an offer where you get that items as a free addition
I like the character...or should I say I like his face. Not sure why every "in-shape" male (for the most part) that comes out has to have a body that looks like it's chisled from a muscle group model. It seems to be one or the other...either soft with no definition whatsoever, or utter stone...nothing in-between, lol. I was also thinking last night as I was comparing the real-world inspiration to the character I'm about to build out...that all the male models seem to have these gigantic legs. Like ultra thighs. Rando thought of the day, lol.

Kwan 8 bundle is priced the same as a Pro Bundle and has less items; why? because of the hd-addon? Several pro bundles also have those and still have all the other stuff. This needs at least 1 extra outfit and 1 hair.
The bigger alien vs troopers is certainlly more interested but is still expensive. We usually get the Pro Bundle + addons for the same price of the pro bundle because of discounts, now is almost 50% more expensive. No purple banner either, sorry is a big pass for my wallet.
Today sale is another example of what bothered me more from last month fantasy only releases, all heavy discounted because of the month sale and with really good stacking offers too. So today at $98 is like paying a "non medieval/fantasy" tax.
What an awesome-looking head and body morph! And his skin looks so vibrant that it'd be hard not to light him well. His face has so much personality! This is what I want from a Daz Core Figure. Every Daz Core Figure. Well done, artists! Kudos to you! It looks like they used the HD morph in his character promo, which makes sense since it comes in the bundle.
The add-on characters also look marvelous, (as in worthy of marveling at). I'd like for Redz to make males for all the upcoming Core Figure Male Bundles. I'm glad to see Emrys teaming up with Morris, and I hope they do more. These outfits and environments are also spectacular.
The Modern Military Outfit immediately jumps out at me, plus the rifle comes with it, and it's customisable?! I didn't care for the Crusher Armor (too toony) until I realised it is a partial take on Hulk's Ragnarok gear (I know, poor, derivative me). The Vitruvian Exosuit looks good too, but it could've used some texture-tweaks from Midnight Stories or sade. The helmet breakdown is excellent, though.
If it's a Daz Originals item, then it should be 51%, but it's only 30%.
Love Kwan as a character. I don't really do much sci-fi, but the parts look well-constructed. I'm a little surprised at the generosity of the bundles being offered free with the bundles, though pro would have been nice, and there's at least one bundle in there that costs the same as a pro bundle anyway (and which I may not have been able to justify buying under normal circumstances, but am getting now).
Well, one of the things on offer for free was the Dragon Girl Bundle, which I hadn't gotten, so that was worth it for me amongst the other things. If it were $100 for the big bundle, I might be more concerned, however.
Yeah, it's kind of strange that there is no other purple banner except for people who bought Kayo. Since I did buy Kayo, and I like this one, the math adds up for me.
And Crusher Armor? Looks PERFECT for a SPESS MEHREEN, FOR TEH EMPRAH!!! That alone is worth the cost, MY BATTLE BROTHERS!!!!!!!! (Just need to modify the maps to have an upsidedown omega for the real spess mehreen heroes of the grimdark farfuture.)
Also this. Even though I only experienced WH40K through video games, I'm still pretty fond of the universe and welcome the opportunity to fanart it up.
Gonna wait a few more hours, just to see whether a flash sale that combines with todays new releases pops up. Wouldn't be the first time some sale suddenly gets a better deal attached 10 to 12 hours after release. Don't ask me why DAZ insists on screwing the earliest adopters that way, but they frequently do.

They'll sometimes fix mistakes later in the day that lower the value, so it all balances out.

I usually get a banner as well. In fact, I have so many core figures that it was almost impossible for me to choose free ones...lol. But I didn't get a banner either. So, no sale. Not this time around ;).
