I like the character and the SciFi theme. I confused myself trying to trigger the sale prices. Took me quite a while to figure out which bundles overlapped with which other bundles. I couldn't figure out why the sale wasn't getting triggered so my initial cart was close to $400. Yikes! Finally, I have it sorted out and the much lower sale price is more aligned with expectations. Hooray!
I still have my PC monthly discount to use, so I am going to pull the trigger.
Looks like Kwan and Kayo will have to foil the robot uprising on Titan.

Sorry Daz... no purple banner, no bundle. Spent far too much here for otherwise.

I very much like the characters. Found the promos for the hair very entertaining, but I can't imagine when I would ever use that hair (and it's Iray only anyway).
And I do not *do* SF. Or Superheros. So for me there is absolutely no deal. The standard base discount of $66.13 is what shows up in my cart with the bundle. Any additional discounts from the purple banner only engage if I deicide to buy *a lot* of other things that I don't want and have no use for. And nothing on the first couple of pages of freebies are sufficiently tempting to induce me to investigate further.
I *am* picking up the base character and one of the add-on characters. But the rest of todays offering s are a hard pass.
(Well, not the PC+ releases, anyway. I grabbed all of those.)

Yes, I love that bundle, the alien should be in a movie!!! But I can't afford it right now. Even though there is a super sale right now, buy that bundle and get 4 other bundles free, (it is still a hundred bucks).

My suggestion to DAZ sales management (moving forward) is to avoid giving away freebie items that are in bundles [if possible] - because (e.g. I would like to buy bundles to save money), but [if] I already own a couple items in the bundle, [then] unfortunately, I cannot justify buying a bundle that I already half-own.
=>SOLUTION: It would be nice if we could mix and match equivalent characters.

Working on a female SPESS MEHREEN render with Kayo in the Crusher Armor, just to prove it works. (and, yes, it does work)
IMO, my BATTLE BROTHERS (and sisters*, I guess), this is the ONE OUTFIT you should not sleep on. You never know with products that come close to the Warhamster 40K product lines. All true servants of TEH EMPRAH must obtain this battle armor sooner rather than later, IMO.
EDIT: * This is a joke about "female SPESS MEHREENS", which is a VERY controversial topic for Warhamster 40K purists. (Just do an internet search on "Female space marines" and you'll see.)
This could be one of the reasons this is not a Pro bundle. If this outfit or the other armor (that is also may be inspired by 3rd party IP) gets pulled then daz avoid having a "broken" pro bundle of a core figure. Removing or adapting a mere theme bundle is not different than what sadly sometimes happens.
@Wonderland There was a purple banner that, due to owning three or more Kayo 8 items, entitled the receiver to get 20% off a gift card of over $200.

It's maybe somewhat similar, but I wouldn't really mistake one for the other. About as similar as a bio suit from The Guyver, I'd say, but not similar enough for anyone to sue either of the others for infringement.
Possibly, but pro bundles have had items pulled before (like Glumgurgle from Ollie 8), and the missing item was simply replaced with another.
I didn't know that, but could have easily guessed. I never really cared much for Space Marines myself; I was a Necrons, Eldar and Chaos guy.

I just got a purple banner now. I really like the base character, but I don't like that there is no additional savings for buying...I honestly prefer the old menthod of discounting (with add-ons). $66 is too much for a pro bundle I have no interest in other than the base character. I love sci-fi but none of the clothing bites at me. The Exosuit is okay, but it looks very similar to Midnight Stories stuff I already have. This is compounded by the fact that there are no free People and Wearable bundles left that I'd want.
So now my question is since I purchased prior to the new banner do I just miss out on the extra 3 free bundles?
I got that too. 7 free bundles is a very good deal, just a shame that I am not into sci-fi, as the new bundle holds almost zero interest for me.

The 7 smaller bundles free (instead of 4) seems like a good deal. But still requires to spend almost $100 when normally is just $66 and then there is a discount / extra benefit for pro bundle owners.

For me it was a good deal.

Well, more free Bundles are nice as long as you do not have them already. Only 8 Gen bundle I do not own is Aubrey which is if course not included and I definitely need no Gen 2 bundles.
