My PC+ is payed through 2022 and it's still completely FUBAR. It used to be set to quarterly recurring now it's annual and the payment method is "Store Credit" when it used to be PayPal. When I try to change it back it says I have to extend it using PayPal to have it take effect. I think I'll pass on extending when I am alreayd pre-paid for two years. Also, all of the PC+ for a day items are showing as full price both in the store and my cart.
Now PC+ status is active for me too.
Although (as a software enginerrig guy) I am not particularly impressed by the current performance, I do not hate "them" that much. In the end, humans have to do extra work to handle all those requests, so it would make more sense to let us know that the sale lasts long enough for everybody to make a regular purchase.
Not the only one, this happened to me to. I put in a support ticket about it.
Seems like the sales did not last i had 3 items in the cart that was 65% off and did not show that in the cart and now the items are back to full price and i will just not buy them.
Came here to join the throngs of "my PC account is marked as canceled" - but now it's fixed, though I can't see PC prices.
Also I placed a couple of orders before the update (I admit, I forgot the update is happening) and Daz Connect doesn't see them yet. I'm patient about it, just want it added to the list if it isn't already.
In my case, coupons are back and PC+ shows as active but items added to the cart from the PC+ for a day sale still show at full priced in Shopping cart.

I don't mean to pile on, but I did drop ~$250 on a GC at pretty much the exact wrong time, and haven't received it.
The item I bought with it is in my library, but the GC itself isn't in my email, anywhere...and yes, I checked spam. I also didn't get an email receipt for the purchase anywhere. Should I file a ticket, or is support overwhelmed with new-site issues right now?

I saw that the recurring payment option was checked, and since my renewal date is set to today (also lost a day, should have been 03 Nov). Unchecked the box, got the same invalid payment method message. I realized that there was no payment method selected, even if no payment is needed, but probably needs to store that bit of information, so I picked one, and it went through, but now my membership is marked disabled.
Anyone else having problems connecting to Daz throught Daz 3D Studio?
Okay I was able to place an order for several plat for a day items at $1.99 USD. I could not apply either of my plat coupons, but there is always another sale to use those coupons. :-)
DAZ 3D is using a new numbering system for orders (DA20-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx)
Additional Notes:
- to get the website to work properly I had to shutdown my web browser to clear the cache and then login again to the site.
- I just looked in the product library and usually items are listed in the order they are purchased. My current sequence has the order I placed a couple of days ago mixed with today's items.
I never lost my Platinum Club member status.
Just went wild and got myself a Plat-For-A-Day item.
Proper price, PayPal, apppears in Product Library. No problemo.
Go ahead and file a ticket, that way there's a record (I'm in the same boat, the ticket email was the only thing I've got from them so far - but we know they're still working on things.)

I'm still in the "all PFAD is full price, on the page and in the cart" boat. I hope they plan on extending the sale another day because it's feeling like the vast majority won't be getting our PC+ perks for this one, either. :(
I started one but ended up closing it after Rawb's reply. Probably shoulda kept it open just in case, because it was a long one.
I'll wait a little while and see if things start turning back up, then send one if necessary to formally register the problem. Tech Support instead of Sales, I'm guessing.
For me my membership is now showing as active BUT I'm still not getting PC+ pricing. PFAD items aren't going to $1.99, PC+ items are not at PC+ prices, I'm not getting the extra discount on Debut releases, there is no discount on still new releases, and I'm not getting my PC+ discount on DO's
Edit. Some progress -- PFAD items now go to $1.99 in my cart; but the other problems and lack of discounts still remain.
Same for me. Items I purchased yesterday before the changeover (orders 109135781 and 109137335) are no longer in my product library. (Note: they were there before the store changeover.).
Please shutdown your browser and clear its cache and then login again. This may resolve your issue.

I'd already tried that before posting and no joy, but I did it a second time and this go around it worked.
I'm not sure why the first one didn't take, but that is for once probably a computer thing and not a Daz thing.
My PC membership is now active but all PC for a day items are full price....

For what it's worth, my account is now showing my PC+ status again, but I'm still not seeing the PC discounts. Also, the end date if my PC+ subscription is incorrect. It's showing my end date as 05/21 which is what it was before I purchased an additional annual subscription. It's not showing that addtional year I just purchased just last month.My end date should now be 05/22 (or maybe 10/21) instead. It has me all confused now. But at least, I have my PC+ coupons showing up now. I just can't buy anything until the PC+ discounts kick in.
ETA: double checked and expiration date should definitely be 05/22, not 05/21
mine also shows unpurchased in my daz connect, does not load for manual download, and now does not show in the content library. I did not have the platinum error but the coupons did not work. I freaked out last night lol. Glad to hear someone else shows the same error in their content manager.
Admin teams: Good luck and thanks for the hard work. Sometimes you can't test for things, others you can. Thanks for extending sale. I work and IT and i hate major outages with a passion. I greatly sympathize with you all.
I somehow got logged out of both store and forums and the sign in page kept looping every time I entered my info. Lasted about 5 or 10 minutes, anybody else having issues with that?
Here's a trick I don't think the sale-for-today page has done before. None of the "still new" items have any discount at all, while the "debut new" items only have a discount if they aren't PC+.

Hmm, maybe I should have left well enough alone, but I tried saving the PC page in my account after unclicking the 'recurring' option - my status now says 'disabled', and I can no longer see the PC forum either...
