Has anyone been able to submit a support ticket - I'm trying to do that but keep getting 'Server Not found'.
Are others' PC+ coupon codes showing up when they go to their Platinum Club membership page? Mine aren't. I doubt it's a browser issue, but for fun I tried logging in via Safari (12.1.12) and Chrome (86.0) and saw no change in the symptoms.
I'm going to hold off on submitting a trouble ticket, given the range of symptoms others are reporting with the store. Something tells me the developers are running around putting out fires.
I have no idea if this is related, but, I noticed an extremely long connection time for DIM, and then Daz Studio to go through start up and in one instance, locked up my laptop to the point I had to do a hard reboot, and metadata updates are taking very long. Not sure if that is due to work being done at the Daz computer side or not. (I have two computers with DS on them, and results are varied.)

Thanks to the site admins for working endlessly to fix all of this stuff -- I've seen the things that front and backend developers have to go through for site (re-)launches and it is never fun.

(For an additional data point, I was able to check out last night with some Plat for a day items at the 1.99 price point, but my PC+ account isn't recognized)

Yes. It's definitely a code thing. I'm sure DAZ is aware of the issue and is making every effort to fix things on their end. It's frustrating, I know. My PC+ is showing as cancelled also, and well... I'm reading the other issues above. Yikes! I think we all have the same problem. No sales, things displaying wrong, membership cancelled, icons missing, purchase history showing as unknown, our product library is not fully loading, and there is also an issue with gift cards. I would not want to be a coder with the complexity of this site. That's for sure. Make some changes and things cancel each other out and break. It's like a domino effect.
Apologies in advance because I realize this is a known issue. I know the developers are working very hard.. I just want to make sure my account is listed as one of the persons still having problems. This is what I see on the PC membership page. thank you

Just wanted to chime in and note that I'm also seeing that the Fast Grab discounts are showing as higher than 70% off ATM on the Fast Grab page, but I haven't tried putting anything into my cart to see what happens.
I think it'd be a good idea to extend the current sale for another day, as the store is still wonky and people are a bit gun shy. It might also not be a bad idea to put a note on the sales page that acknowleges these issues and that the IT is working on them, with a note about how long the current sale will be in effect. That way, people will have a better idea as to if they can hold off on purchases for a bit while the kinks are being ironed out.
Myself, I did my Sunday purchase before the changeover, so it's not directly affecting me ATM, but it sounds like a lot of other people are still having issues, so some clarity on the official site (not just here in the forum) might be helpful.
My PC membership is now showing the correct expiration date of Nov. 3 2020. And it is also reading as Cancelled, which I did not do, so no coupons today.. More bugs to stomp, I reckon.
When I click the SHOP icon, scroll down, then click Figure, Genre, or Artist the lists do not show. If I do a search first to narrow down the list to a handful of items then they pop up right away. I'm guessing that they're trying to search every record in the database instead of just pulling a DISTINCT list?
I mean, I kinda expected there to be issues with the store switchover. I feel better knowing I'm not the only one who's had their PC+ Membership abruptly cancelled (and here I thought I'd been banhammered because I run my mouth a good deal of the time, lmao), so I can wait a while longer until things are ironed out. No worries.
I'll say again - please don't worry about posting regarding the cancelled PC sub error.. it's on the list to be sorted..!

My PC+ seems to be fine. It shows good to July 2022 which is what I expected and does not show as cancelled. I can access the PC+ only forum but the price of the PC+ items including pC for a day are not as expected so it may not be tied to PC+ membership only
Correction...it shows my membership date is good to July 2022 AND also shhows status as cancelled so ignore what I said above

I'm not worried about the 'cancelled' as I don't auto-renew anyway. What's bugging me is the lack of any PC discounts or coupons.
In addition to the "cancelled" PC+ membership I see weird behavior with the Gift Card offer; if I add a Gift Card to my otherwise empty cart the discount appears, even though there is no new release. If I then attempt to purchase it I get a red-warning-triangle and "OK" followed by a long number on the cart page. The cart is not clear (and my credit card does not report a pending charge). It looks like a badly formatted error message, presumably provoked by the fact that I didn't include a "debut new" or one of the carefully selected "still new" releases.
I'm sure the sale will be extended so we can actually take advantage of the deals.
Not sure if it was supposed to or the Glitch took it, but my purple banner for the Stache Picks Bundle has also disappeared. It was still there before the switch, also in my Messages. And yes, I checked there but apparently I have no messages/exclusive offers either.

Yeah, but that is the problem with your discounts and coupons. It should say active...not cancelled. That's what it was before the store change with a box ticked or unticked depending on if you wanted recurring auto-renewal or not.
Probably not as bad as it may look. In software a minor problem can affect a lot of things, once it's fixed they all fall into place.
More odd behaviour: I just put this https://www.daz3d.com/ultra-iray-hdri-with-dof--mansion-garden in my cart from the Fast Grab page, where it says the price is $3.14. But my cart is showing it as $4.49 and far as I know, Fastgrabs don't get PC discounts so that shouldn't make any difference.
Also (and this I will raise a tech support ticket for, if I can) items I purchased yesterday prior to the SM have just disappeared from the DIM download page. The sequence I went through was:
1) Purchase $1.99 (for PC+) items in the "catch-up" sale but do not immediately DL them.
2) The SM happens... Wait for it to end.
3) After the end resync DIM and I can see all the orders from (1)
4) Start a DL of everything (including some updates, which have also disappeared).
5) Sometime in the night I get multiple DL failures; this is routine with my slow ISP connection.
6) In the morning try to DL the "Download failed" entries.
7) One of the updates (the first one I tried) did DL, but the remainder did an "instant" "Download failed" and repeated attempts made no difference.
8) Install all successful DLs and restart DIM.
9) Now I see *no* pending downloads and the corresponding products are not installed or available to install.
10) The products still appear in my "Product Library" list and a manual download still, apparently, works.
11) The store pages for these products show some of them as owned, others as not. A manual download works regardless.
