    PC+ is back, at least for me, but "recurring" is now checked and, apparently, can't be un-checked.  DIM was down temporarily (unable to log-in), at least after I did the recent update, but is now back.

    I'm not complaining because I figured there would be issues and it's sorta expected...

    But...

    I'm just saying... ya'll couldn't have waited a week or chosen a date with a proximity to a less chaotic timeline... Like I specifically didn't want to take a Tuesday appointment with my dentist despite him insisting that was a good day because there were a lot of openings... like no, I'm waiting a week, I'll just chew on the other side thank you.

    Theres an old saying... anything that can go wrong, will go wrong... and everyone knows that saying... so in the future maybe if an asteroid or Godzilla event is coming and you know it... just postpone upgrades for a few days to when people are a little less... I dunno... "stressed"... maybe?

    You do know the real reason the Death Star blew up?... it wasn't that lucky shot by Luke Skywalker... that was great and epic and all... But two weeks before they arrived at Yavin 4, they fixed that thermal exhaust port defect with a simple $10 baffle plate they got at Home Depot... woulda worked great, only Fred in Safety Management decided the labels on it should be replaced with newer more specific ones... so right before they arrived at Yavin, he sent down the new labels to Dave in engineering who thought that five minutes into the rebel attack would be a good time to remove the baffle plate at the end of the thermal exhaust port to replace the old warning labels on it to the newer ones that specifically said "DANGER! DO NOT REMOVE BAFFLE PLATE WHILE UNDER REBEL ATTACK!"... I'm sure Dave was busy and wanted to get that off his plate... but think of poor Stanley who watched him do and commented "Really, you gotta do this now... you couldn't wait an hour?"

    Zendesk might have problems; I got this from clicking on the link for an unrelated request I submitted before the SM:

    My web browser (Chrome) is now in a re-direct loop; i.e. it continually swaps to a new page:

    It's generating a new "flash_digest" value each time, so I don't think the server side is too happy...

    Same. PC+ items or the -30% on new items, no discount gets applied.

    Fair point, but still, better times than a major sale, especially for the group that suports you the most through buying memberships and such. 

    The thing is, the old store was really broken and caused a lot of problems during that major sale, so trying to fix things as soon as possible also made sense.

    My PC+ Membership has been cut by a day. It was supposed to end on 1st Jan 22. It's now the 31st Dec 21. Plus, the PC+ items are still appearing at full price. PC+FAD items aren't discounting to 1.99 either.

    Same. My membership page shows that I'm active, but there is absolutely no member pricing.

    Additionally, all old instances of activity (extending, cancelling, etc.) are shown twice. And as jbowler noted, Daz "thoughtfully" set my membership back to a recurring one and removed the ability for me to uncheck.

    PC Membership problems the other way here, on 16-10-2020. PC auto renewed twice despite being valied upto 21-10-2021 at that point, so now i am upto 21-10-2023. I usually search for discounts around March Madness, but now i see auto renew is checked. (not by my hand) and has bought it at whatever price was going at the time. wiping out all my bargain savings (hours and hours) at one fell swoop. Well pigged off!

    Same for me; disabling and saving the settings gives an "Invalid Checkout Type Selected" message

    I'm sure Qualcomm has a lot more resources than DAZ, that makes a huge difference.

    Right now we have every right to be at least very disappointed, considering the timing (big sale), circumstances (no warning on the store) and magnitude of the issues.

    My 2 cents.

    *In software dev I feel the only reason to dismiss an angry client is if they don't like a feature they specifically asked for or complain about not having one I suggested. That's it.

    They just did what every US base firm does make the code deploy if no major waning was there they never test i would have been fired if i rolled out somthing that bad when i was working in IT

    The data is still there, there was a continuous sync system setup to feed data from the old system over. It should have detected the change to your ownership and pushed it over at the same time it picked up the new order, I'll have to audit the data for your account and fix it up and see if the syncing setup missed any other ownership records.

    PC+ prices are still not showing. PC+ items show a discounted price in the cart (not on the product page, though), but nowhere close to what they used to be before the store change.

    Cannot remove the checkmark from the Recurring ticky box on my member info page without getting an Invalid Payment method error when I try to save the changes. I always buy a GC and use the store credit to renew, was planning on it today but looks like it's gonna need more time to iron out all the kinks. My PC membership is working sorta, as in I now have coupons but it's a day shorter than it should have been and there are still no discounts showing, even on PC items. In my cart a PC product goes from full non-member price to about half off, pretty sure it's still buggy.

  • Huh, so my PC+ Membership was set to auto-renew on the 29th of October. Weird, but if need be (and if it'll let me buy it), I'll buy a brand new membership. :V

  • Oh and now it seems like the stuff i wanted is not discounterd anymore and it was not applied to the store earligere today thanks daz for making me not buy it just gonna use my money somwhere else

    Probably low priority, but CSS seems to be broken in the forum, but not in the main store -- fonts change for the headers and footers.

    Thank you, Rawb. I look forward to having access to it again, particulary since both my standard and beta installations of Studio like to break products without cause or warning and the only solution is to uninstall and reinstall, which I now cannot do.

    I have the receipt for it and it shows up in my orders (including the payment method), but the status of it and all other orders is "Unknown." I imagine other content could likewise be missing as you suggest, that's just the most obvious since it's at the top of things.

    ETA: Other stuff is indeed missing, I found at least one item that I purchased on 10/31 showing as unpurchased, and it is missing from my Product Library as well: https://www.daz3d.com/rendering-and-lighting-solutions-workshop
