    So... from what I'm gathering from you all... Vyusur is gone from Daz?  I've not seen her here responding to this thread... is that a sign???

    Well, Vyusur has 51 other items in the store. So, I have no idea. Strange things seem happening. It is a real shame about Zeus disappearing.

    And I have over half her items... lol.  Not sure what's going on... I just hope she's ok.  But with her releasing stuff at Rendo it is a good sign ;)

    Well, after talking to my husband, he told me the obvious answer:  they both look like excellent, well made cats, just keep Zeus and get Mars on sale later.  Besides, I certainly don't mind supporting the artist, she does amazing work.  Also, if her store hasn't been completely closed, it's always possible that the addons for Zeus may come back someday.  Maybe they are just being switched to Daz Originals, you never know.  That happened with another artist not that long ago, part of their store disappeared and then came back in a few weeks as Daz Originals.  So I hope everything goes very well for the artist, and that she continues to make lovely kitties somewhere, either here or rendo!

    Agreed. I had Zeus wishlisted and now I have a need for this product and it's addons in a project. I also was hoping for more breeds and addons AND the dforce hair options which apparently makes the Mars cat not an option. Really wish there was a statement as to why

    I bit the bullet and bought the Savannah Cat to see if it would work on Zeus with the copying the data folder trick, and it doesn't seem to. It loads up as grey blocks a throws a missing file error for Mars. The texture for the savannah cat does work on Zeus though as well as the hair which loads with the the grey blocks Savanna Cat; the fur can be fitted to Zeus and works just fine on him.

    So for now, I will just save the texture and fur as a scene subset so I can use it on zeus. And pick up Mars Cat later.

    OK. Buying Mars and the Savannah now, while they're on sale. Thanks for the info.

    ...the downside is being on a very limited budget it's eifficult to justify 26$ to "repurchase" essentially the same base cat figure that I already have.  That is why I never bought into the Daz Housecat as I already have MilCat and all the extra add-ons from over a decade ago (and I still know the percentage to rescale it to after it loads is as big as a Shetland pony).

    It would be nice if someone here at Daz gave us information as to why Zeus was pulled from Vyusur's store when her other products are still there (several of which are in today's "Select G8 items" in the Daz+ sale).

    For those who asked why this is happening all I can say here from what she told me is that is had to do with what country she lives in. One that is currently being banned by many American and European countries. Just stating this as a fact, Not meant to get into a political discussion. I saw another PA is now exclusive to Rendo so we may be losing PAs from a certain country.

    As much as I like the cat, it'd take a really awesome update for me to justify getting Mars. And that at a serious discount. I honestly find it a poor choice not offering either an upgrade option for owners of zeus or a freebie to make new breeds compatible.

    Unitl then, I'm prefectly happy with the syberian.
