    The Go to store-only owned-artist daz orginals-scroll down isn't very effective.

    I go to my Product Library page:

    Daz 3D (URL to the 1st page of my Product Libray)

    See link above, it is same URL you'll have when you log in via browser.

    Then in the page numbers at the bottom go to the highest page number in your list. Click on a product that involves a 3D mesh to open. Look at this one (EmotiGuy for example). A freebie that is typically one of the 1st DAZ products people get free.

    Daz 3D (URL to EmotiGuy in my Product Library) .

    Notice near the top of the product details it says for license: 

    • 3dprinting License

    Now go back to the 1st page again:

    Daz 3D (URL to the 1st page of my Product Libray)

    then to a product I bought Jul 12 2022 or eaexample:rlier. You'll need to maybe go back a few pages depending on how much you shop.

    example: 

    I bought the "Wild West Town" on 2022 Aug 04 and if has only a "Standard License".

    Daz 3D (Wild West Town - bought 2022 Aug 04)

    and also this product, Streets of Japan, was bought 2022 Jul 13 (day after 2022 Jul 12 cutoff date) so it only has a Standard License

    Daz 3D (Streets of Japan, 2022 Jul 13)

    but the closest product I bought to 2022 Jul 12 but not later then that day was on 2022 Jul 10, Space Explorer Suit for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Males and it has the 

    • 3dprinting License

    That's it. I check nothing else in between. I assume they were all given 3D Printing Licenses, except inactive products like that Safari Bundle, between 12 Jul 2022 and the 1st product I ever bought but don't actually check but the 1st & last. It's much more unlikely that any products I bought 12 Jul 2022 or sooner were mistakenly not given the 3D Printing License so then I don't check all my products.

    When did you last purchase it? It is only free if you bought it on or before 12 July; and then it will only show as free in your cart (not on the product page) 

     

    Unfortunately I am one of those that got bitten by the "Buy the Pro bundle after 12 July, but had bought some single products before - now even those are telling me that I bought them later" bug ...

    I am hoping that the automagic adding takes those into account ...

    Still didn't see any 3dPrint licenses added by Daz in my library.

    For the "purchase date reset" bug, I thankfully read about it here before it happened, so I came up with two proactive solutions before I bought more full bundles (Except for the 2-3 item bundles, I don't buy bundles until/unless they are deep discounted/free).

    Hope this helps some people. 

    1. If I know I only bought the character, I screenshot the account page showing original character purchase before checking out with bundle, so I have proof. I will only know for sure this works if those licenses aren't added & I have to do a ticket. 

    2. If I bought some included items by 7/12/22, but over time, it's slightly easier to just "buy" those 3d print licenses in a separate cart before buying the bundle.

    Unfortunately I "bought" the Keiko 6 Pro Bundle 2022-07-29 before the 3d Printing offer arrived on 2022-07-30 ...

    Another possibility for the future (as new starter bundles have shown up as free):

    click on those items from bundles you own, add those specific 3d licenses before adding the bundle to your cart, checkout the free licenses and go on to buy the bundles in a new cart.

    well I don't have any whatsoever except the few I manually added before I gave up

    I am unlikely to use it anyway and am pretty certain with future technology it will be soon be redundant 

    as soon ss Diffusion AI algorithms can be applied to 3D mesh we will be creating stuff with prompts

    I have a lot of stuff from 2004-2022 but havent recieved any 3d printing licences, I do own 2 3D Printers and would be cool to put them to some use. :)

    Just to clarify, you can print all the models you want, the licenses are only for if you want to use the prints commercially.

    Update: it looks like I got the 3dprinting licenses - and they did add those that were bought later in a bundle! (Keiko and Monique, for example)

    If you and I haven't received them, then no, they're not done. wink

    I believe it was mentioned that we'd be told when they're done, still lots of time left and a heckuva lot of accounts to go!

    No it is still going. There is a lot of processing to be done and going to take a while to complete. We have no estimate on time though but assured that everyone will get them that qualify.

    Another dumb question to those who already got all the licenses: They give them to ALL the Daz Original products before the date limit or just a selection of them?

    I mean, just some figures ignoring some props or environments?

    I have the print license on every DO I've checked, even textures.

    Me too - it is understandable about the products without a store page, as we wouldn't have been able to add those anyway.

    I'm very confused... about a week ago I realized the printing licenses were free, so I started putting ones that I felt I might one day have an interest in, into my cart and "buying" them (for free)... a couple of pages here and there... this morning I went to add some more and I found out all the DAZ Original items I have, now have printing licenses, including ones I know I didn't put in my cart...

    So, I'm guessing I didn't need to do all that?

    I guess I should have read through the whole thread... 

    Oh well.

    Anyone who knows what license status says on the Product Library page if you have both the 3dprinting and an Interactive license?

    I actually had 5 Interactive licenses for DO products but they reverted back to Standard when the store was upgraded back in 2020, I've been waiting to see if it eventually got fixed but not yet, so I'm unable to check myself. 

    I'm wondering it others have had licenses reverting too - I never got any receipts for these 5 licences either so it must have been a general bug in the old store that has caused this.  I do have a few other Interactive licenses for RDNA products and they have not reverted to Standard, but the Order# for these says "Manually Added" instead of order number (RDNA products have no DAZ order number since they were purchased at RDNA) which is probably why they are intact.

    I do have proof that I own the 5 reverted licenses as I scanned my library for Interactive licenses with an app I wrote, before the store was upgraded, and they all appear as Interactive in the scan results.

    I am not sure how the Daz team is going about adding the free 3D Printing Licenses.  But, after they added a license to a majority of my qualifying products, I went back through and spot checked and saw that they missed several that I am still in the process of adding. Most of the products they missed seem to be older products, however, I have found some more recent products that qualified, but did not have the 3D Print license added.

    It would be nice if someone from Daz would let us know if their processing of customer orders only happens once, or does their processing (script?) go through each account multiple-times until it is finished adding the qualiying free 3D licenses?

    For now, I would recommend spot-checking your products... especially your older items (such as V4 products) to see if the 3D Printing License was added (or not).

    Interesting. I have that product, but I have a standard license for it.

    I stated in this thread that inactive products were not getting 3D licenses, eg the Safari bundle from long ago, when they process my purchased catalogue so maybe someone forwarded that information to the DAZ developers and customers going forward in the conversion as now getting those.

    I don't know if that means they'll go back and add those to yours, mine, & ours though.

    My license updates were done in at least two different passes. I don't have an easy way to see if I'm still missing some though.
