My license updates were done in at least two different passes. I don't have an easy way to see if I'm still missing some though.

Yes you do. Just run this script to see if any free ones show up: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/7627061/#Comment_7627061

The licenses to my inactive DOs just showed up ths afternoon; So they are still working on it.

Thanks DAZ as I wouldn't have been able to add those on my own.

ETA: Also, while I didn't check all of them, the licenses for at least some DOs I bought before 13 July but that were in bundles I bought after 13July got the licenses; so they seem to have solved that problem as well.

My licenses are starting to appear in my library, finally. smiley Thanks DAZ People! wink

But Now I have another doubt: The "standard license" tag got replaced by 3D Printing License" only... It's normal? surprise

I'm pretty sure somewhere I have seen the two tags together... I still have my standard license on them, right? surprise

That looks correct. The people with two licenses bought the interactive license too.

Ok, but I still have the Standard license on those products? surprise It's like an "upgrade" or a total replacement? I still can make my commercial stuff with those?

I'm asking because lately seems to be a bit of confusion about licenses...

The Standard License still applies, though I will point this ouit as a possible source of confusion (hopefully it could be fixed with a minor chnage to the page code).

You could PM @FamilyU who made the script and ask him/her to upload it here.

EDIT: but if it uses the product pages to check which it does AFAIU it can only check products with product pages anyway, I believe.

Otherwise I have a library scanner which I think can be modified to check, but the problem may be the same: can't check DO status if product has no product page.  Unless there is another way to do that.

  • Do we have access to the 3d printing licenses yet on items we bought prior to July 2022? Will they be a zip file or on each product in our account?

  • Still not there on my Inactive items

Some do, they're not finished adding them yet AFAIK (one user account at a time).  You can check the DOs in your product library, if they have the license you're updated.

Not done for mine either. Hopefully they're still processing accounts (or reprocessing accounts that were done before they started looking at inactive items).

I would say that they are, because I've had the licenses added on my inactive items at some point in the last few days.

Sorry to ask - because I stumbled over that one too - are you sure the Inactive items you looked at are DOs?

It took over 2 weeks before they updated my active ones, that was right about that time when they started adding the inactive ones also.  A day or two later my inactive ones were added also.  About 23000 products in total.  So I would expect that they are adding both types in one go now, or the one right after the other, for each account.

  • Is DAZ still in the process of adding licenses to accounts? A little over two weeks ago the 3d printing license was added to my products but only back to January 2019. Everything from December 2018 and older has not had the license added. I have been waiting to see if this would be updated, but after 2 weeks there has still been no change. Do I need to file a help ticket or will these items eventually be picked up by an automated process?
