It's the one advertised in today's newsletter, and if you check the PA sale page (URL doesn't change each day, page content is updated) it lists that as today's promotion.
As I recall, each was $1.99 when first announced and then became $2.99 when they reappeared during catch up.
This is what I remember, I definitely got caught by it a few times after taking something out of my cart and deciding later that I wanted it after all.
And then there was the ultra exciting 8@$2.99 promo on old PC+ items that drove me to a nightly shopping frenzy
Interesting. I completely ignored that part of the sale, because I have more than enough old stuff that I don't even install anymore. I didn't want more!
It's funny that the only thing to talk about during the PA sale is the PC+ sale.
I had been away from DAZ for approx 13 years I think and returned only in March this year, coinciding with all that frantic daily PC+ piranha feeding!
LOL... I didn't want to add to the yawns already expressed by several around here but yes I was looking forward to my first PA sale but so far have been underwhelmed. I guess that's why there's the other thread entitled "There's Always Another Sale". I stop myself from complaining and just get on with my day until something else shiny pops up which catches my eye.

Makes you wonder if the reason for a gift card sale in the middle of a sale no one seems to want to spend money on is to get money from people who are already preparing for the next sale...
I have enough store credit for this and the next sale, I think. I hope they surprise me, though, and release things I can't live withoout, and I run out of credit.
More likely is either a) they're letting everyone catch their breath and b) there was a massive 'gale-storm' (is that a term?) yesterday which caused a lot of disruption in SLC.. affecting a lot of the staff. No one hurt that I know of, so it's all good.. just power/internet issues... and a ton of up-rooted trees :(
Yikes, that sounds like the derecho that blew Iowa apart a few weeks ago. My brother there lost power for two days, but had minimal property damage. The big tree that fell just missed the house. I'm glad Daz people were not injured. It can take some time to clean up and get things back to normal after a storm like that.
I think he means the "Build Your Bundle" part of the sale where you were given a selection of older PC+ items and chose exactly 8 to get all of them for a total of $2.99. Don't you remeber that? It ran throughout the sale and the selection changed once or twice a week.

Oh, yes, I remember it and understood what he was referring to. That part of the sale just didn't interest me personally, because I already had enough old stuff. Different parts of the sale appealed to different people. It was a hit for DMax and a miss for me. I probably had already purchased a lot of the stuff that DMax found attractive. Next time DMax will be in that boat.

Yes! Remember, HowieFarkes said an Australia set is in the works. He showed a sneak peek next to an actual Australian photo, and you could hardly tell which was which. Because of that new set, I'm thinking of getting the Kangaroos and Koalas today's 60% off sale. Then I will be able to make stereotypical Australia renders.
I think I spend 80% of my Daz Studio time playing with UltraScenery these days. There is nothing more amazing or more fun for me.

Being a bit paranoid - are you busy with a big generic overhaul of the daily sales page and therefore skipping to post one for a few days, with a flash sale to keep us distracted...?
Yup, that's what I did. A bundle I had my eye on for a while, and the additional $6 off.

Yes, I saw that. Devoid of any sort of layout and any kind of pictures. Basic as basic can be.
My suspicion remains.
Honestly ... given that the company is based in an area that experienced sustained hurricane/tropical-storm force winds, is under several overlapping states of emergency as a result, and has over 150,000 people without power, AND a workforce mostly working from home (and who probably couldn't get to the offices even if they weren't, given all the downed trees and wires) ... I'm inclined to give the benefit of the doubt here. It is, after all, somewhat difficult to do a major update of the site if the people who are supposed to update the site don't have any power, and it doesn't look like they'll have power any time soon. (I wouldn't be terribly surprised if the site doesn't update on Friday, either.)

Didn't stop them from overhauling the product page recently.
They seem to be busy redesigning the site bit by bit- there have been more changes lately, like the biweekly freebie page..
Hence my suspicions.
Not even saying the change will automatically be a bad one.
Anyway, I bought me a product bundle on sale yesterday, not complaining there.
30% I would normally be all over, but I'm a little irritated with Daz at the moment, so the nearly 400 credit I have is fine. I've had as much as 1000 credit, as a good gift card offer is always worth having. Or it was until these last month or so.
... And yeh, like some others, I'm suspicious about the changes.
