...not even if it's a closed container? Our transit system allows it. If it didn't my old 2+ hour commute each way would have been that much more unbearable without my coffee.

Then again our transit commission also allows pretty much any dog or cat claimed to be a "service animal" (not just guide dogs with the special vest and handle anymore) to be brought on board without being in a carrier. Needless to say the "definition" of "service animal" is stretched pretty far based on what I've seen. I think I'll get a big boa, name him Reggie, and say he's my service animal. Betcha I get the entire seat all to myself. :cheese:

I can bring the drink on but not drink it. Two different times I brought two different bettas on the bus. With one of the bettas I took him downtown before taking him home. He was just in a cup. The other Betta I went straight home from the pet store if I recall correctly.

March Madness is losing me so far. Not because of the pricing or deals. Except for the very nice African couple (I bought the Pro Bundles) I just haven't seen anything that I want. It's not the quality for me, not even the price - it all looks like very nice stuff, just not what I'm looking for at the moment.
But the past March Madnesses that I recall had the best deals at the middle and the end. So I'll be patient. :)

Did he enjoy his trip downtown? :)

I bought six air freshener refills today because the special sale was to buy six of them to get the discounted price. I thought I bought two of the same scent so I could give one to my mum, but turns out that I got six different scents. Each refill lasts about a month so I am good for five or six months, depending if I give one to my mum or not.

Maybe it's good MM is one of those "Snowball" type sales, spending less money that way for as I mentioned, I'm not much of a gamer (though fairies with high powered or Sci Fi weapons against tentacles could be fun).

    Hehe! For the second one...

Flutter softly and carry a big gun! ;-P

Home, downloaded Giselle 6 and Paige, good so far.

Installed Blender, took 60 seconds. Installing Unity, looks to be about another 45 minutes. :blank:

Then it's Unreal Engine 4.. that should take all night. :bug:

In the meantime, listening to ambient music, sipping diet Pepsi with whipped cream vodka (OMG tasty) and chilling.

Tomorrow night, maybe break out the apple Crown Royal! :vampire:

So... Been playing this a bit after re-downloading it from GoG :)
Fun game for sure. Might not have the best animations, and the graphics are a tad dated, but it's pretty fun and has some awesome mechanics/features (Though the map editor is horribly clunky! ), like all units can "Level up" in battle, and especially valuable units can be carried over into future missions, even given a name in the process - treated like "Mini-Heroes" I guess :)

Fun touch is if they die, they're given a memorial of sorts in a Hall Of Fame esque window called the Graveyard, showing where and when they died. Actually makes me fairly reluctant to just let these guys go charging in like cannon fodder

Tons of customization options and stuff for factions and heroes, but a lot of them have similarities so it's not super extremely unique at every turn. As for the animations... They're not terrible, but they're not great either. Some that come to mind would be the Gryphon aerial unit, the Raptor Riders (Lizard Riders), and the T-rex. On that note, I'm almost positive I've seen the T.rex and Raptor models somewhere before...

But one thing I just LOVED...? The music.

Haven't finished the campaign, but the freedom it gives you - and the many replayable/repeatable missions - make it something that I find very entertaining.

*Edit* Though, this second colorless one would probably better display the dangers of time machines

Also wanted to add, I'd probably play with Unity and stuff a bit as well - if I had any sort of discipline to apply to learning the darned thing
As well as coding, animating, rigging, etc etc...

Speaking of Brontosaurs, and tangentally Sinclair, this was a big deal when I was a kid. I used to want the blow-up bronto pool toy, but they never got distributed to our area (cry:cry)

...just checked your region and ugh.

A couple three years ago the "Pacific Northwet" (typo intentional) lived up to it's name as we were being flooded out here.

Again we will end up paying for this with more pesky bugs than usual as well as water restrictions this summer.

On the subject of pretty bugs, was sad last year that I never saw one Monarch flutterby. Most of the ones I did notice were the small white variety and a few of the tiger stripe Swallowtails. Climate is definitely getting messed up as flutterbys are very sensitive to climatic changes.

Herbicide use also doesn't help matters. One of the types used in many cities (including here) has been linked to the reduction in bee and flutterby populations. If we lose the pollinators we will be in sorry shape.

I had a monarch in my yard last week while it was still warm. Way too early for them to be coming through. Their population is really down.

Are you using the old Valentina CMS? I've found PostgreSQL CMS (64-bit) to be a lot faster.

I think that I am using PostgreSQL CMS because that is what is installed. Not sure if that is what is being used. Doing a render right now.

I took a shower and am drinking peach tea. Soon I will be going to bed. I do not want a repeat of last night.

Mum wants the Vanilla Bean Marshmallow air freshener refill. I did ask her which one she wanted, and that was the one she picked out.
